1. Services. RramCorp LLC DBA RramAirCorp (“Company”) provides professional aviation detailing services in South Florida, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, ceramic coating, engine nacelle cleaning, and related services. All services are performed at the aircraft’s location at the agreed-upon airport or FBO.
2. Quotes & Pricing. All quotes provided through the website are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by the Company prior to service commencement. Price ranges shown during the quote process are non-binding. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual aircraft condition, accessibility, and scope of work discovered upon inspection.
3. Payment Terms. Full payment is due upon completion of services, prior to the release of the aircraft. Accepted payment methods: (a) Zelle to Info@rramaircorp.com — no surcharge; (b) Credit or debit card — subject to a 4.5% processing surcharge applied to the total invoice amount. Returned payments or chargebacks will incur a $75 administrative fee. Balances outstanding beyond 7 days of service completion are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount to cover crew scheduling and travel costs. No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.
5. Access & Aircraft Condition. The client is responsible for ensuring the Company has lawful access to the aircraft at the time of service. The client represents that they are authorized to consent to the services on behalf of the aircraft owner. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present prior to service commencement.
6. Liability Limitation. The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature. The Company carries general liability insurance and operates with professional care; however, the client acknowledges that aviation detailing involves inherent risks to sensitive aircraft surfaces.
7. Damaged or Sensitive Surfaces. The client must disclose any known paint corrections, wraps, custom finishes, or surface sensitivities prior to service. Failure to disclose may limit the Company’s liability for any resulting damage. The Company will cease work and notify the client immediately upon discovery of unexpected surface conditions.
8. Weather & Force Majeure. Services may be rescheduled at no penalty to either party due to weather conditions deemed unsafe or unsuitable for aviation detailing, including high winds, rain, or extreme temperatures. The Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at the earliest available time.
9. Photography. The Company may photograph or video the aircraft before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to service.
10. Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
